Parts distribution
Serviceable and overhauled structural and systems components for commercial aircraft. QEC kits, accessory hardware and complete material trace accompany your procurement requirements.
Parts, modules, life-limited parts and expendables for CFM, GE, Pratt & Whitney and Rolls-Royce engine families. Module support, QEC material and exchange options are part of the sourcing scope.
Rotables and LRUs, landing gear assemblies, wheels and brakes, APUs and power units. Condition and documentation are reviewed against the needs of each transaction.
Urgent commercial parts requirements receive priority. Share the part number, aircraft platform, required condition and delivery deadline so the sourcing team can assess the available shipping paths.
Connected sourcing
A clear path from requirement to shipment. Airspace Distributors brings airframe, engine and rotable sourcing into one coordinated process.
Check available material across commercial aftermarket channels and identify suitable options for the required platform and condition.
Link the serial number, condition and trace package to the material being offered. Keep procurement and quality teams aligned before dispatch.
Escalate AOG requirements, confirm the delivery window and coordinate the most suitable available shipping route.
Parts availability
Ask about airframe, engine, rotable and APU material. Provide a part number or attach a structured list with quantities, condition requirements and the date you need delivery.
Availability, certification, condition and shipping dates are confirmed against each request.

The owner consigns inventory to Airspace. We coordinate documentation, listing and distribution across buyer networks.
Illustrative process. Ownership remains with the consignor until sale. Fees, reporting and settlement timing are agreed per deal.
Reduce the work of coordinating multiple sources. We connect commercial operators, airlines and maintenance partners with the material and documentation their operations require.
Procurement starts with the source, the condition and the supporting documentation. The trace package remains part of the conversation throughout.
When a requirement cannot be met from available stock, it can be assessed across airline and aftermarket supplier relationships.
The focus is aircraft parts distribution: airframe and engine material, rotables, landing gear and APUs. Maintenance and aircraft leasing are outside this scope.
Sell your surplus
Airlines, MROs, lessors and teardown partners can submit commercial aircraft surplus for review. We consider individual line items, larger packages and complete aircraft for teardown.
Structured Excel or PDF lists support an efficient review, with a target response within 48 hours. Include part numbers, serial numbers where applicable, quantities, conditions and trace status.
ATA-106 material certification and the applicable airworthiness release are required. Examples include FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1, CAAC, TCCA, ANAC or an equivalent national authority release.
Purchase offers follow material and documentation review. Wire, ACH or escrow arrangements and payment timing are agreed for each transaction; terms may include Net 30 or wire on receipt.
Surplus requirements span North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Platform coverage includes 737, A320 family, A330, ATR, CRJ and E-Jets material.

Consignment & partnerships
An outright sale is one option. Consignment and structured partnerships offer another route when inventory will move over time or a mixed package needs a different commercial approach.
Inventory remains yours until a sale takes place. Storage, listing and buyer transactions can be handled under the agreed arrangement, with a defined revenue split, regular reporting and traceability records.
End-of-lease returns, fleet retirement programs and larger mixed surplus packages can benefit from staged sales. The approach can also suit operators seeking recurring proceeds or outside inventory-marketing support.
Consignment, hybrid arrangements and outright purchase are evaluated case by case. Responsibilities, reporting, documentation handling and commercial terms are agreed before material is placed.
What we buy
Boeing 737 Classic, NG and MAX; 747, 757, 767, 777 and 787. Airbus A319, A320 and A321, including ceo and neo families; A330, A350 and A380. Regional aircraft include ATR-42/72, CRJ, Embraer E170/175/190/195 and DHC-8.
CFM56, LEAP, V2500, PW1100G, PW4000, GE90, GEnx, Trent and RB211 families. APU material includes Honeywell, Hamilton Sundstrand and Pratt & Whitney platforms, alongside modules, LLPs, expendables and QEC hardware.
Rotables and LRUs; consumables, expendables and hardware; landing gear, wheels and brakes; avionics and flight controls; and whole aircraft intended for teardown.
Material certification and applicable releases are checked against serial-linked records. Incomplete paperwork is isolated for review. Commercial offers follow the assessment of the material and its documentation.
Material conditions
Complete documentation and traceability are required for every condition. As-removed material must be guaranteed repairable; scrap is excluded.
Quality & traceability
Complete documentation underpins commercial aviation procurement. Material, condition and records are reviewed together before a shipment is released.

ATA-106 certification establishes the material record. A Certificate of Conformity identifies manufacturer or authorized distributor origin where applicable.
FAA 8130-3, EASA Form 1 or an equivalent release from CAAC, TCCA, ANAC or another applicable national authority supports regulated components.
Non-Incident Statements support the review of a part’s history. Documentation is checked against the item and its serial number.
Received material is inspected against trace records. Documents are stored digitally and linked to serial numbers. Missing or incomplete records trigger quarantine; material is held pending resolution.
